Progressive Dinner

This year to celebrate Thanksgiving with our friends we decided to have a progressive dinner. If you have never participated in a progressive dinner. You are missing out. They are so much fun!
All the guests meet at one home for appetizers, the party then progresses to the next location for the main course, and finally my favorite the dessert house! This is a great way to have a dinner party and spend time with friends. We started at the Flautt house for appetizers. Where Mere and Amy had prepared stuffed mushrooms, bruschetta, and chips and dip. I can say that was the best bruschetta I have ever had! Mere I am still waiting on the recipe. lol

Then off to our house for the main course. I decided to make lasagna since it would be easy to keep warm while we were at the appetizer house. Hosting a progressive dinner can definitely a challenge.

The fun part. Clean up......

Then for my favorite part of the progressive dinner. DESSERT!!! So off to the Webb's house we all go. Cass had fixed a dessert buffet for all of us. It was all delicious! I must say my fav was the carrot cake. Yummmo.
