St. Augustine Florida Vacation

We just got back from our trip to St Augustine FL. What a great time we had! Our condo was right on the beach so every morning we would sit out on the balcony and drink our coffee and watch the tide roll in. It doesn't get much more relaxing than that. Hannah absolutely loved the beach! She ran straight for the water. No fear, none at all. The Welton clan was able to come stay a few days with us during our visit. The kids had a great time together and of course Lacey and I had a good time sewing and shopping! Mama Gwen and Grandpa Bill were able to come spend the day with us. They were super sweet and took Hannah for the night, so Paul and I could have a night to ourselves. Poor Paul drove all night there and back so Hannah would sleep. She did great! She did sleep the whole way. The bad thing was we got home about 5:00 am and since Hannah had slept the whole way she was wide awake and ready to go. Of course Paul & I were up all night and ready to crash. So mom and dad were sweethearts and came to got Hannah for the day so we could get some sleep. Later that afternoon mom made us a wonderful dinner. Paul and I are so blessed to have such loving parents! Well on with the pics. Hope you guys enjoy.

Paul & Hannah walking on the beach.

Hannah trying to fill up her bucket with water.

The view from our room.
Oh how I wish this was my backyard!

Hurricane Patti's Restaurant
This was a neat restaurant on the water. The food was wonderful.
Paul and I had a seafood platter for two that would have fed six!

Noah and Selah with Captain Hook.
Hannah kept calling him Jesus.
I guess it was the beard. : )

We had a beautiful day at the beach.
The kids had a great time making sand castles.

Of course for all of those who know me, no vacation is complete unless there is shopping involved. So since Hannah was a really good girl during our shopping trip. I decide to stop by the toy store to get her a surprise. When we walked in she saw Elmo and started screaming ELMO ELMO so I knew he had to come home with us. She just LOVES him so.

Hannah thought Garfield was pretty great too!

Saying Goodbye........
This was our "last supper" with Paul's family.
I always hate saying goodbye. We are so glad we were able to spend time with everyone.
We can't wait until you guys come up for Christmas!
Selah and Noah I will go ahead and put in a request for snow.
We love and miss you guys!
